If you don't see your plan listed or you do not see one of our doctors in your insurance plan's directory of providers, please double check with the Center's billing Department, 727-442-9788 or 1-800-881-8485. Any member of the staff will be happy to give you the most current information.

Long Distance Patients: If you have Medicare and supplemental insurance or have PPO insurance, you are not limited to seeing doctors within a specific geographic area. If your insurance requires an authorization before you can see a specialist, you have HMO insurance. It is unlikely you can be referred to a specialist outside of the HMO network of doctors within a specific geographic area. Each insurance company defines the geographic area of the HMO.
