Dear Dr. Hayter:

I have been holding off writing this letter until I started to get back to normal after my partial knee resurfacing. I just wanted to tell you that my whole experience with you and the Largo Medical Center has been a very good one and everything that happened to me the patient was exactly as I was told it would be, from the first seminar, first office visit, to the hospital check-in and discharge and follow up appointment. You and your staff anticipate exactly what the next step or question will be from the patient, from the brochures, videos or written pamphlets.

My whole experience with your organization was a good one and you made it very trusting and made the patient feel that all will be fine because everyone gave the patient the feeling that you all knew what your job was and it was completed to perfection. I felt well cared for and not as as if I was just another knee operation but as if I may have been the only one that day, of course I knew there were many others.

I just wanted you to know that I appreciated all the care I was given and congratulate you and your staff, hospital staff and everyone concerned with me the patient for a good experience, and a chance to walk without pain.
